Healing Ceilings

FAQS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated based on location and are slightly higher in rural areas. Most of our deliveries are through a courier service called Pack and Send from Brisbane, Australia. We will provide a tracking number once your products have been collected for postage. Please ensure your email address is correct. A phone number is required in case the courier needs to contact you. Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address in your account. Please ensure that your address is correct. Shipping is added on per pack through our online sales due to the large size of the tiles. If you wish to purchase more than 2 packs, please email info@healingceilings.com.au to place a bulk order. You will be quoted a bulk shipping price beforehand to then pay via invoice instead of online. Full payment is required before the tiles go into production. Your order will be delivered in an environmentally friendly cardboard box with cardboard corners. Please ensure that two people lift the package at any one time as the length of the box makes it awkward. Standard shipping and delivery take 2-3 weeks. Should you require a faster delivery time, please call us.

WARRANTY

Our ceiling art tiles come with a 12-month warranty should there be any fault with them. This warranty does not cover water damage or accidental dropping of tiles when installing. For faulty tiles, we will either replace the product or provide a refund.

RETURN POLICY

If the product is obviously damaged upon delivery it is important to take a photograph or video of the package and the damaged goods and send it to info@healingceilings.com.au within 2 weeks of delivery. When a return is placed, the product must be returned in its original condition, and we will make every effort to replace your item as quickly and as smartly as we can. We do not do returns for a change of mind. Designs on the tiles may vary slightly from the online mock-up however we aim to get it as close to what you see on screen as possible. All designs come with the artist’s name on it. For any other enquiries, please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the turnaround time for the ceiling tiles? Once you order we will email you to let you know that we have received your order. Your product will then be made locally, packed by us, and then picked up by our courier to deliver within 15 business days. We will send you a tracking number so that you can see where your tiles are.

Can we purchase outside of Australia? The short answer is yes, yes you can. Overseas buyers will need to contact Healing Ceilings beforehand to discuss the project size so that we can work out postage, handling, and custom fees. Instead of an online purchase this will be done through invoice.

What is the best way to contact you for a quote? Emails are best! Even though we love social media, our messages there tend to fill up with happy emojis and love hearts so email is the best way to get a quick response. We have a contact form that you can fill out if you have a particular query.

How do I install? Please click here to view how to install.

Can I request a proposal for a larger job? Absolutely! Let us know the purpose of the space, how many rooms you would like to fill and an approximate number of tiles that you are interested in. Unsure? That’s ok! We can arrange a site visit with someone from our design team.

What are Healing Ceilings tiles made from and what sizes can I get? Please click here to find out more.

What am I paying for? We are so glad that you asked because we want you to know that we pay our artists each time that you purchase their artworks. Without their work, our product ceases to exist. Of course, there are manufacturing costs involved like every other product, but you are not just purchasing a ceiling tile, you are purchasing fine art. That and you are purchasing a new and beautiful patient experience. Thank you for being a part of the #healingceilingmovement

What if I want to purchase more than two packs? If you wish to purchase more than two packs, please email info@healingceilings.com.au to place a bulk order. You will be quoted a bulk shipping price beforehand to then pay via invoice instead of online. Full payment is required before the tiles go into production.

How does postage work? Postage is per pack. If you would like to purchase more than two, contact Claire to organise a bulk postage price. You can purchase via invoice instead of through the cart.

Does the ink affect the integrity of the tile? All that is changed is that a fine layer of UV ink is layered onto a white tile to produce the colours that you see and therefore structurally it does not change the integrity of the tile.

How do I purchase ceiling art? We have two service offerings:

  • Convenient off the shelf online 6 packs and 12 packs.
  • A personalised proposal to suit your unique space requirements.
